From the creators of The Illusionists and Circus 1903, this imaginative new production will stop in more than 50 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.

LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, October 6, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — On Mad Hatter Day, ICON LIVE is inviting audiences to journey down the rabbit hole. The organization has revealed the North American tour of Cirque Alice, a stunning theatrical cirque spectacle that reinterprets Alice's Adventures in Wonderland through incredible acrobatics, dazzling stagecraft, and gravity-defying marvels. Making its U.S. debut on Friday, January 8, 2027 in New Haven, Connecticut, the tour will reach over 50 cities across the U.S. and Canada, featuring a two-week engagement in Toronto. Tickets and VIP on-stage access are currently available, with further details at www.cirquealice.com.
After acclaimed international runs in Sydney, Singapore, and London, Cirque Alice transports audiences to a whimsical “Wonderland” realized through world-class acrobatics, oversized characters, puppetry, comedy, dance, and live musical segments. With captivating aerial work and mind-bending contortion, the show reimagines Lewis Carroll's timeless universe as a modern cirque experience, set against freshly arranged contemporary takes on beloved classical compositions. Developed by Simon Painter and Tim Lawson, the production originates from the same creative team behind several of the world's most successful live entertainment franchises.
“The world of Alice is full of imagination, eccentricity, surprise, and adventure, which makes it an ideal foundation for a cirque spectacular,” Painter stated. “With Cirque Alice, we aimed to craft a visually impressive experience that captures the wonder and chaos of Wonderland while highlighting some of today's most remarkable performers.”
That larger-than-life energy has already helped Cirque Alice captivate international audiences ahead of its North American premiere.
“Cirque Alice is designed to carry audiences of every age into a theatrical realm filled with extraordinary acts, striking imagery, and relentless energy,” Lawson explained. “Whether you grew up with Alice or are exploring Wonderland for the first time, the show provides an unforgettable experience that is funny, thrilling, magical, and emotional all at once.”
The creative team for Cirque Alice is headed by Creative Directors Ash Jacks McCready and Kirsty Painter, with choreography from Dane Bates, costumes by Angela Aaron, lighting by Hugo Mercier, and musical arrangements by Martin Raabe-Olsen and Marius Christiansen.
