Through conversational planning, generation, and editing, the newly introduced AI Director transforms entire songs into organized music video projects.

Today, BeatViz unveiled its AI Director, a conversational AI tool that assists musicians and creators in transforming entire songs into organized music video productions—spanning creative direction, scene planning, video generation, and final editing.

This release extends BeatViz’s capabilities beyond single AI video clips, offering a production workflow tailored to music. Once a song is uploaded, creators engage with AI Director via conversation to shape the visual direction, outline characters and scenes, plan shots, produce video sequences, and adjust creative choices as the project progresses.

Instead of handling each generated clip as an isolated prompt, AI Director maintains the music and overall video concept as the core of production. Users can request modifications—like relocating a performance, altering the visual style of a chorus, inserting additional close-ups, or reworking a particular scene—without restarting the entire creative workflow.

“AI Director is designed to help musicians move from a finished song to a structured visual production without starting from disconnected clips or a blank timeline,” a BeatViz spokesperson remarked.

This new tool is part of a larger creative ecosystem linking three methods for AI music video production: conversational creation using AI Director, guided full-track production via Workflow, and detailed post-generation editing through the BeatViz Editor.

When a project starts with a finished song, BeatViz analyzes the audio before setting the visual framework. The workflow then moves through creative direction, character and scene definition, storyboarding, initial frames, and video clip generation. These outputs can be further tweaked within the timeline-based Editor, where specific scenes and clips may be swapped, rearranged, or polished.

This method aims to solve a key hurdle in AI music video creation: preserving a consistent visual narrative throughout a full song rather than stitching together random generated clips. By holding the song, creative blueprint, and produced assets in a single workspace, BeatViz
