The festival, organized by the Korean Cultural Center in Germany, has been held annually since 2023 with the mission of introducing German audiences to Korean music beyond the K-pop sphere. The two-day event wraps up on September 20 at the Holzmarkt location. During this fourth installment of the festival, CATCH THE YOUNG forged a connection with the local crowd through their set, infusing the Berlin night with dynamic energy.

The setlist featured 13 tracks, highlighted by “Amplify,” the lead single from EVOLVE, their debut full-length record, alongside a rendition of Nena’s beloved hit, “99 Luftballons.” When the slower ballads took over, the venue sparkled with audience members’ flashlights, and as the faster numbers followed, the crowd erupted in cheers and jumping, generating one of the most electric atmospheres the group has encountered. The cover of Nena’s “99 Luftballons” particularly ignited the audience, drawing a thunderous response that CATCH THE YOUNG fed off of.
Rooted in alternative pop rock, CATCH THE YOUNG has channeled the diverse emotions and experiences of youth into their sound, carving out a signature “YOUTH-POP ROCK” identity through their vocal harmonies and instrumental synergy. Next up for CATCH THE YOUNG is their inaugural Latin America trek, CATCH THE YOUNG LIVE EVOLVE: LATAM TOUR 2026, which launches in Mexico City and makes stops in Puerto Rico, Buenos Aires, and Santiago. The tour shares its name with the band’s first full-length album, EVOLVE. Through this Berlin appearance and the upcoming LATAM dates, CATCH THE YOUNG is dedicated to reaching fans both domestically and across the globe.

Catch The Young is a South Korean alternative pop-rock ensemble under Evermore Entertainment, making their debut on November 1st, 2023, with the mini album, Catch The Young : Fragments of Youth.
