WHO: Chris Tucker is joined by legendary figures from the worlds of sports, entertainment, and politics. Invited guests include Julius Erving, Jeffrey Osborne, Penny Hardaway, Ed Reed, Robert Johnson, Dominique Wilkens, Jerome Bettis, and many others.
WHAT: On Saturday, August 22nd, actor, comedian, and humanitarian Chris Tucker will host a live evening of music and comedy. The 2026 Chris Tucker Foundation Celebrity Golf Tournament follows on Monday, August 24th. Proceeds will support programs that benefit children and education initiatives in the Atlanta area and across the country.

WHY: The Chris Tucker Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people in the United States and around the globe by developing and funding impactful programs. Every year, the foundation supports a range of community groups and charities that focus on youth development and well-being. Chris Tucker has made substantial charitable contributions to organizations in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia, and has also extended his philanthropic work to support global initiatives addressing youth health and education. About Chris Tucker
Chris Tucker is an internationally acclaimed actor, producer, and comedian, best known for his portrayal of Detective James Carter in the Rush Hour film series. His career began in the early 1990s when he became a standout performer on Russell Simmons’ HBO Def Comedy Jam, and he gained national recognition with his first leading role opposite Ice Cube in the 1995 cult classic Friday. In 1997, Tucker executive produced and co-starred with Charlie Sheen in the hit movie Money Talks, and later appeared in Luc Besson’s internationally successful film The Fifth Element. He also co-starred in the 2013 Oscar®-nominated film Silver Linings Playbook.
In 2015, Chris released “Chris Tucker Live” exclusively on Netflix, marking his first project where he both starred and produced through his own company, Chris Tucker Entertainment. He continues to tour globally performing live comedy and has received widespread acclaim from audiences worldwide.
Beyond entertaining millions of fans, Tucker is a dedicated humanitarian who spends much of his free time traveling the world and engaging in charitable work to make a difference through his Chris Tucker Foundation.
