Titled Transcendent, the record continues the narrative arc established in his previous release Echoes of Man, following the story of the last human alive and his AI companion, Eve.
The announcement arrives on the heels of a remarkable creative streak that has redefined what a single artist can accomplish. Story writes, performs, produces, and mixes every element of his recordings, a one-man operation that has drawn comparisons to multi-instrumental legends like Prince and Mike Oldfield. But the sheer volume and conceptual ambition of his output has placed him in a category that defies easy comparison.
