Enhanced features for Quasar®, Pulsar™, CapMate®, QCtudio®, and QCentral™ highlight Venera's push toward more intelligent, integrated media quality workflows.
After embedding artificial intelligence throughout its full range of products, Venera Technologies is set to present the newest developments within its AI-driven media Quality Control platform at IBC 2026, taking place September 11-14 in Amsterdam (Hall 7, Stand 7.D45). This year's launch brings major improvements to Quasar®, Pulsar™, CapMate®, QCtudio®, and QCentral™, Venera's newly introduced Unified QC Command Center, enabling broadcasters, streaming platforms, studios, and post-production houses to automate technical QC, subtitle validation, collaboration, and workflow oversight.
Key demonstrations at IBC 2026 consist of:
Quasar® & Pulsar™ keep pushing forward automated Audio/Video Quality Control with fresh AI-enabled Lip Sync Detection, broader caption verification, Slate Metadata Reporting, ADM (BWF) compatibility, improved Black Frame analysis, and additional workflow enhancements that streamline high-volume QC processes.
CapMate® gets its largest upgrade to date, broadening its AI-powered subtitle creation, Quality Control, and intelligent correction functions. Novel capabilities encompass native MXF support, Verbatim subtitle validation, Audio Event Detection, Speaker identification, and Burnt-in Subtitle Detection & Extraction. Beyond merely spotting problems, CapMate can autonomously fix numerous frequent subtitle errors—including timing misalignments and overlapping text with burnt-in content—and provides AI-generated correction recommendations for issues that need editorial input, markedly cutting down manual reviews while hastening subtitle preparation.
QCentral™, appearing for the first time at IBC, merges Quasar, Pulsar, CapMate, and QCtudio through one unified interface with centralized user administration, single sign-on, cross-platform analytics, and workflow coordination, offering clients a single location to oversee their Venera QC setup.
QCtudio® continues to improve collaborative QC review by providing faster timeline-based assessment, frame-precise navigation, annotations, approvals, visual analytics charts for monitoring QC performance and patterns, and smooth integration with editing pipelines.
Attendees will also get an early preview of Qompli™ (pronounced ‘Comply’), Venera's forthcoming AI-native content compliance and sensitivity analysis tool, engineered from the ground up with AI at its foundation rather than bolted on as an AI-assisted layer. A separate, dedicated product announcement will be issued later.
“The media sector is under mounting pressure to achieve quicker turnaround times, superior quality, and greater automation,” remarked Fereidoon Khosravi, Chief Business Development Officer at Venera Technologies. “At IBC 2026, we are thrilled to reveal how our newest innovations enable customers to optimize every phase of the QC process—from automated audio/video and subtitle checks to centralized workflow management and AI-powered compliance. Whether clients are operating on-premises, in the cloud, or in hybrid setups, Venera continues to deliver pragmatic solutions that address genuine operational hurdles.”
Venera Technologies extends an invitation to IBC attendees to stop by Hall 7, Stand 7.D45 for live showcases of Quasar, Pulsar, CapMate, QCtudio, QCentral, and an exclusive sneak peek at Qompli. To arrange a meeting, go to www.veneratech.com/IBC2026 or reach out to sales@veneratech.com.
