This latest release arrives nearly a year following their single album Lost and Found (December 2025), and with eight years in the industry, VERIVERY reveals more of their lighthearted and relaxed side. CONFETTI draws inspiration from the vision of confetti bursting over a festival’s most radiant moments. VERIVERY discovers “confetti” in the ordinary instances of daily life, convinced that these tiny fragments of joy can each become their own personal highlights. Through CONFETTI, VERIVERY seeks to deliver those little sparks of happiness to listeners using their trademark wit.

VERIVERY’s eighth mini album comprises five new songs, beginning with “Way to Zero,” an electronic dance-pop track that frames “zero” as the purest starting point, delivering a message to trust your instincts and follow them rather than chasing a perfect answer. It is followed by the lead single, “Don’t Panic!,” a bright funk-pop tune carrying an uplifting message for listeners to savor the present amidst the monotony of everyday life. The third track, “DRAMA,” is a disco-pop fan song, penned by the five members involved in this comeback, who wrote the lyrics to express their own desire to keep writing their story with VERRER (VERIVERY’s fandom name). “Touch,” featuring VERIVERY’s Y2K subunit composed of YONGSEUNG and KANGMIN, is a speed garage piece that captures the moment the attraction between two lovers becomes unmistakable. Finally, CONFETTI ends with “Eye Contact (눈 마주쳤지),” another subunit track performed by the DYG unit—DONGHEON, YEONHO, and GYEHEON—each representing Dream, Youth, and Generation. It delivers a full-band sound that relies on the members’ chemistry and playful confidence. These two subunit tracks are VERIVERY’s first-ever unit activities and reveal fresh charms through the new combination of members.
