Thailand Content Market 2026 Puts the Nation’s Content Sector in the Global Spotlight, with a Goal of Surpassing THB 2 Billion in Trade Value

As Thailand’s first all-encompassing international trade hub for the content and creative fields, Thailand Content Market 2026 will assemble over 300 companies spanning content producers, IP holders, financiers, purchasers, distributors, and creative firms operating in film, TV series, animation, gaming, character licensing, digital publishing, art toys, board games, and adjacent creative industries. The gathering is projected to draw more than 300 buyers and investors from over 28 nations, generating substantial prospects for cross-border trade, investment, and commercial alliances.

A major highlight of the occasion is the merging of two of Thailand’s premier international business gatherings into the Thailand Content Market framework. Bangkok International Digital Content Festival 2026 (BIDC 2026) makes a comeback as Thailand’s top digital content business forum, developed through a partnership between DITP and five Thai digital content industry associations. This year’s event includes 89 Thai businesses and 80 overseas buyers from across the globe, with an objective of enabling over 550 business matching sessions in the animation, gaming, character licensing, and digital content sectors.

Concurrently, the Creative Economy Agency (CEA) will showcase Bangkok International Content Market 2026 (BICM 2026), Thailand’s inaugural international marketplace focused exclusively on the film and television sector. BICM will gather more than 400 Thai and international firms, along with the BICM Pitching & Awards, which will feature over 55 film and series concepts from Thailand, the Asia-Pacific region, and global partner networks. The initiative offers creators a chance to present directly to investors, producers, broadcasters, streaming services, and distributors, opening doors for co-productions, funding, and worldwide release.

Over the three-day event, Thailand Content Market 2026 is anticipated to facilitate more than 1,000 business matching meetings, bolstered by the involvement of prominent

firms from Thailand and abroad, such as Epic Games, Warner Bros. Discovery, Mono Streaming, Kantana Group, White Light Studio, Matching Maximize Solution, GMMTV, True CJ Creations, M Studio, Netflix, and iQIYI International (Thailand). Their engagement highlights Thailand’s expanding significance as a regional hub for the content and creative industries and as a gateway to international business prospects.

In addition to its business-focused agenda, Thailand Content Market 2026 will feature a diverse array of activities for the general audience, such as seminars conducted by global industry experts, character fan meet events, interactive workshops, and creative inspiration sessions. By uniting commerce, creativity, and consumers on a single platform, the event underscores Thailand’s aspiration to become Asia’s Content Industry Hub while fostering sustainable economic value through the expansion of its content and creative sectors.

Thailand Content Market 2026 will be held from 20–22 July 2026 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), Bangkok. Entry is complimentary. For further details and registration, please visit thailandcontentmarket.com.
