A 16-week intensive artist incubator will conclude with a live performance at M&T Bank Exchange on August 21.

Our approach to community transformation meets people where they are. The Bar Exam sparks that momentum.”— J.E. Green, Executive Producer of The Bar ExamBALTIMORE, GA, UNITED STATES, August 18, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The nonprofit KEYS Empowers has revealed The Bar Exam Finale Concert, scheduled for Friday, Aug. 21, 2026, at the M&T Bank Exchange. This event, co-hosted by DTLR and the Mayor’s Office, functions as the culminating event of a 16-week artist development program aimed at building enduring career opportunities for Baltimore’s creative sector.

Based at Dream House — KEYS Empowers’ hub for creativity, wellness, and workforce development located in East Baltimore — six selected up-and-coming artists completed a rigorous curriculum covering songwriting, audio recording, navigating the music industry, financial literacy, mentorship, self-exploration, and integrated mental health support delivered in partnership with therapeutic collaborator DVLPMNT. On Friday, these artists will present original tracks produced alongside Grammy-nominated and RIAA-certified producers King Midas and Tip12LVE, backed by live accompaniment from The Vibe Band under the musical direction of Jeffrey Mitchell and Stellar Award winner Joe Pryor.

“Our approach to community transformation meets people where they are. The Bar Exam sparks that momentum. In East Baltimore, Dream House serves as the training ground where creativity meets career development alongside integrated therapy,” said J.E. Green, Executive Producer of The Bar Exam. “In West Baltimore, we are building the KEYS Community Healing Village as a 26,000-square-foot epicenter for community stabilization. Whether disrupting food insecurity, dismantling health disparities, or bridging intergenerational gaps, our goal is to give every generation the space and tools to discover their identity, heal, and thrive.”
